Two researchers who played key roles in Google’s Gemini AI models plan to join Anthropic, according to people familiar with the matter, in the latest sign that competition for top AI talent is intensifying ahead of a wave of public listings.
Jonas Adler and Alexander Pritzel, both viewed inside Google as important contributors to the Gemini program, are preparing to leave for Anthropic, the people said.
